Hi Dhig....Do you mean you cannot see the actual constraint Dialogue box pop up? Make sure you have the latest Video Card Drivers installed (from MFG. site preferred) and Direct X 9.0C as others have mentioned. Sometimes these drivers with certain hardware can cause conflicts & weird problems...

I also could not select/search on text in your posted PDF ASP....however this PDF produced from the Pro version 12.1 (winXP-Srvc Pk 2) allows for full searches and text selection even in the BOM and callouts and is only 58K in size. May need to hold off on that upgrade for the moment...
