2d workspace

I am starting a reference drawing in 2D WorkSpace without importing any parts or assembles, just a drawing. 1.-I am trying to set a scale to ISO A4 Sheet (1: 50) (1mm is to 50 mm) but the dimension in the sheet doesn’t obey this definition. What I am doing wrong? 2.-How can I set the radio...
