Is anyone else trying to stay in touch with 3DS product announcements at CES? I've only found part 2 of the broadcast, but did find it very interesting. There is a lot of emphasis on Cubify.com, which is natural since it is the Consumer Electronic Show. The marketing phrase is "Cubify 2.0" and the press release is here:

1) Cubify 2.0 ==> http://www.3dsystems.com/press-releases ... cubifyr-20

Of the technologies shown, the "physical photography", a re-branding (apparently) of 3D scanning, and CeraJet ceramic, 3D printer were most interesting to me. I would love an affordable way to do 3D scans of real-world object for use and rework in Geomagic Design. Part 2 of the broadcast is here:

2) Part 2 of 3D Systems CES video ==> http://www.3dsystems.com/ces-2014-new-p ... nouncement

If anyone finds Part 1 of the broadcast, please post the URL for it. This is the first time I've seen a video interview with Avi Reichental. This fellow definitely has a far-horizons vision for 3D printing and associated design products.

Cheers,

Lonnie
