24/7 server support
Since many users rely on the server, and since the Alibre server has proven to be unreliable, we need a 24/7 server hotline.
Now, there is no tech support after 5:30PM CST. Alibre has many users that don't get on during the support hours. They need to have some support for server issues 24/7. I can wait for support on non-critical items such as methods for doing a particular task or a problem is a drawing or part file. I cannot accept downtime due to server issues. I need an after-hours hotline to call for server issues.
I hope we hear from Alibre on this one!
