Yeah, I knew about the military veteran offering with the Student Edition. I don't have a computer to handle it OR the fact that it stores everything in the cloud, unless there is a way to store your personal files on a local drive.

Sooo -- then everything you create with it is on the cloud.

If you mean SolidWorks, then no. It is resident on your machine along with the files.
You must be thinking of the other guys
