2D drawing - hiding parts

When hiding parts in a 2D drawing it can take quite some time and Alibre doesn't show a progress bar until the last few seconds when it is 'updating views' and I am sometimes not sure whether the command is being actioned. Can we have a 'working..' or a 'please wait..' or something?

Sometimes when I click on a part in the explorer tree I see 'hide in all views' and sometimes I only see 'hide' - why?

Lastly, I think it would be useful to be able to search the explorer tree for a part/sub-assembly name.

Hi Jeff -- You need ti declare an "Invisible Layer" in your Drawing Format and move things that should not be seen to that "Invisible Layer." -- Lew
