You know, I once got it into my PC.
Their business is interesting.
You can try it out for certain period of time( 6months was it?) with their free support.
Then if you want to continue to get their support, I seem to remember you need to pay extra after that period.
Then finally, when you accomplished your work using ACIS library, you are going to negotiate with Dassault how much you are willing to pay them..... It was something like that.
So, if the product was not well sold, you don't have to pay, but when the product is well sold, you are going to be paying accordingly to the sales amounts.
Very generous, and weird (to me).
But it seems their marketing worked out very well.
Ah, for sure, I could not do anything in that certain amount of time, and I got no support nor no fee.
And I am still allowed to do so again if I wanted to start to use their product to create something out of it.
