Alibre design 11.2

Hi I'm having a problem with version 11.2.I know it,s an older version but so am I.My screen area remains greyed out and I can,t do any drawing at all.The rest of the screen is like usual.I have tried reloading several times with no success.Allan.

What version of Windows are you using?

If by screen area you mean the 3D workspace, then this usually is related to a DirectX issue.

Previous question re Windows version is a good one, v11.2 will not run on more modern Windows as they didn't exist when it was released...

I'm using windows xp and have been running on this ever since I bought version 11.Now suddenly it doesn't work any more.

Do you get any error messages ?

Could be the result of windows updates - you could try a roll back.

No I don't get any error messages.I'm suspecting Windows updates. Thanks.Allan
