Aluminium extrusions workflow

I have a little project which requires three different aluminium extrusions cut into 10 different lengths, with mitres of various angles on the ends. What's the best work flow to get all the final 10 parts related in such a way that I can modify the sketch of the extrusions and modify all the dependent parts , as well as automagically modifying the bevel angles if I want to lengthen the components ?

My first stab at it is in binaries

Hello Steve,

What Mub did is very clever to keep the mating angle cuts allways precise, but my question would be if you have configurations ? This seems like a job for configs.
