Analysis blockage

Hi,
I am being plagued with these 'open loop' problems. The analysis says that it is within the .000394 tolerance. How are the tolerances established? That is a really small difference. I read that the 'heal' command would fix these problems. Why is it grayed out? Have I not turned it on? The problem is highlighted to be that 'point' that was left when I took the corner out with the 'filet'. Is there anyway to delete the 'random points that are left after an operation?
Thanks,

It can't be healed because its a tiny little segment out on its own. Just delete it.

Zoom in to this area to see what is really there and just delete it (circled in red) ...

IF the open loop is repairable (i.e. a small gap in an otherwise closed sketch), then increasing the tolerance value will allow the Heal button to be come available.

If the open figure is a standalone line, then the heal will never become available.
