Another ACISERROR_SELF_INTERSECTING_WIRE

I get ACISERROR_SELF_INTERSECTING_WIRE error on this.

It is imported from a DWG file.

I know that the drawing has to be exploded in order to work properly in Alibre. I have done that before with other drawings. And they have worked. But here I'm stuck.

I could redraw this, of course. But I would like to know how to get it to work, if possible.

I have tried to work with sketch - Extrude and Revolve - and it don't work. I suspect the large proportion of splines is the problem.

I played with the part and the only way I could get it to work was to change the curved lines (located at the end of the part - the center curves work) to reference lines and than overlayed the reference lines with Alibre splines. I also cut the part in half and mirrored it once the Alibre spline was in place.
