Another Chamfer Problem

I do not understand why 2 edges in this part will chamfer properly and the other 2 will not. Attached is a screen shot and the file.
A little help would be much appreciated.

Please take a look, works without problems.

Note: If you are in a 3D Part, Sheet Metal Part, Assembly... (modeling process)
Do not change back and forth -> Properties -> Units -> General ->
Unit: Inches <-> Millimeter <-> Feet....
Format: -> Fractions <-> Decimals
Precision: 0 <-> 1 <-> 2 <-> 3 <-> 4 <-> 5 <-> 6
...etc.

I did not realize changing settings like that might have that effect.
