Is Alibre planning on releasing a tool that can extract files from .arb files? Or is there already a tool to do that and I just don't know?

With Alibre V11 and V12 you can use the "Data Migration Tool",
to migrate V10 Repository backup files ( *.arb) files in the WFS or Alibre Vault.

I tried with v12 and 2011 but the tool would not work with those files.

Tried again this morning I wonder if the tool does not work with 64 with windows?

I have tried for a while have not got an answer yet. I was checking to see if anyone else had run into this.
