I recently installed Atom3D and had issues with the install. The installer did not like my system, Windws 8.1, already having installed Visual C++ 2017 and gave me an error saying a newer version was already installed and could not replace. I was able to continue with the install but after a few weeks of trial and having an issue with not being able to display the work plane I decided to uninstall Atom3D and Visual C++ 2017. Not sure at this time what other program was dependent on C++ 2017 but time will tell.
The Atom3D install this time went OK but I'm still unable to see the work plane I specified for my sketch. Not sure if this is a setting issue or something else.
Thanks for the help,
Peter
