Automatic labelling

I have a load of assembly drawings to mark up with little arrows and nametags for each part in the assembly.
Is there any automatic method of doing it ?

Several of the members here use something called AutoHotKey. http://www.autohotkey.com
Search the forum for topics. Maybe one of the guys who uses it a lot will chime in!
