In sketch mode in Atom3D, how do you start a line from another line at a prescribed distance? I'm trying to model a dovetailed case. I'm showing one side, but I'm not satisfied with how it is working out. I made the attachment by sketching 1/4 of it, extruding it and mirroring twice. My issue is with the sketching. There is probably a better way, but I'm trying to start with a rectangle, offsetting one line that represents the thickness of the mating board, and then drawing the tails. The difficulty I'm having is starting one leg of the tail 3/8" from one end. Once I learn how to do that I can use the same process for the other leg, then use the linear pattern tool to sketch the rest of the tails. Is this making sense?
