I thought I'd give my CR-X the T-800 treatment and replace the standard brass nozzle with a stainless steel one. Big mistake. I know the heat capacity for SS is not as good as with brass but I could not get a single successful print. I tried upping the temp, increasing bed temp, lowering first layer speed, nothing. Ultimately I had no choice but to replace the SS nozzle with the original brass one. Bottom line: unless you really need to print specialty/abrasive filaments just stick with brass.
