I want buy the CADsymbols v3 CD:

I need use this program in an PC without Internet connection and the partr library is very important. (For this the Alibre Part Library and the Alibre Trace Part Library aren't a good option... )

Anyone knows if when I install this program or when I use this program I need any connection to Internet? Is this a good part library for mechanical components?

or anyone know a part library with 3d components that I can use without internet connection?
