Can I move the view in 3D space in a precision way?

I know I can drag the view around with the view cube in the upper right of the Model tab. Is there a way to increment the view by small amounts in one axis only? I have old illustrations I can print out on transparencies and put on my monitor. I'd like to be able to match the view in 3D space to the illustration on the transparency. Many of them aren't in isometric, trimetric or dimetric. They are in some random view angle.

Is that possible?Screenshot 2022-12-26 123022.png

If you hold down the Shift key then press any of the cursor left, right, up or down keys, the model will incrementally rotate.
I don't know if the increment amount can be changed though.

Cool, I didn't know about the Shift key. It'll do the job. By changing the view rotation first while viewing the cube side on, then the elevation, I can get the angle close enough for what I'm doing.

Thanks!
