Catia part import fail

I have always used Alibre to open Catia part files, so that i can create drawings for them. I haven't needed to do this in quite awhile, until today.
When I tried to open the file, I got this cryptic message:
"System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at alibre_server.com alibre.design.prc.PRCConverter.importFile(String filename, ImportFileOperationOptions importFileOptions, Profile userProfile, IBusyBodyContextObject"

Anyone have a clue as to what this means? Is anyone else having trouble with opening Catia files?

Any update on this? I have just received the same error in the same scenario?

Sorry, I just had my customer supply the file in a different format. I never pursued a solution, as it was a one time occurrence.
