Concave Fillet

I have a very simple design but can't figure out how to place a Concave Fillet on a radius face. I'm trying to add a Concave Fillet on "Face<3>" in the attached file. Any help is greatly appreciated.

The sketch profile fro the revolve may touch, but not cross the axis of revolution used. Adjusting the sketch accordingly allows the revolve to work.
