concentric constraints in assembly

In earlier versions (before V.10) in assembly I was able to make a hole in a in a part, referring to an underlying part with hole with concentric constraint. In V.10 this is not possible anymore, because I am not able to select the underlying hole with concentric constraint. Is it only me or is this a known issue. Anyone else with the same problems?

I have no trouble constraining parts concentric to holes in each part. I think perhaps you are saying something else.

If this is editing within an assembly I've been having to use the Advanced Selector to do a pick on an underlying part.

Thank you Jordan for your response. You are right ofcourse using the Advanced Selector. But before V.10 I could select the underlying hole directly without using the Advanced Selector (with a wireframe View ofcourse). This is now not possible anymore.
