Conical tube with fins. Can you create it?

I don't have enough imagination to create this shape with Alibre.
Can anyone make this?

I would make a spiral tube of the shape of the fins and then do a cut extrude from from the top view thru all to remove all but the thickness of the fins. Next I would create the spiral of the actual tube. That is unless you need the fins to be a continuous fin wrapped around the tube. If the case I would use something like Max's slinky spreadsheet.
