Constraints expanded upon opening assembly

I recently noticed that the list of constraints is expanded in my feature tree whenever I open an assembly. I did not notice that before V16. Is this a bug? Or is there a setting I can change?
I think it's only been there since the hotfix, not sure....

Dave -- I can confirm that the constraints list always opens "expanded" in the current (hotfix) version. I have no vision of it not being "expanded" as that is my default use...

For me it has always opened in expanded state - I'm pretty sure there is a suggestion in another thread that it should open in collapsed state (to make better use of screen space).

Where would I go to "make that sugestion" to GM if it hasn't already been formally made?

Not that this is a significant problem, just a nuisance for those of us with lesser amounts of screen real estate.
Would be great if the user could choose the default condition of the tree upon opening a file.
