convert to sheet metal

hi all
I'm trying to convert this part (.sat) to a sheet metal part
I keep getting an error about overlapping figures
could any one have a go and see if you can convert?

What thickness are you trying to convert to?
Too thick can give problems because of the existing bend radius.

thickness not that important as i only want to flat pattern and cut
How did you do it ? Any chance of back converting to 2014 verson?

1. In "Tab" i sellect the bottom of the centerpiece.
2. in "bends" I sellect the 2 bends (again on the bottom/out side).
3. click ok, and thats it.


I dont think there is any way to save to older versions.

what do you mean about the bottom of the centrepiece
do you mean the edge of the part?
