I ran into some momentary confusion while I was trying to cut-and-paste line data from a datasheet DXF as a starting point to model the part in 3D.
When I cut from the datasheet (Drawing) sketch and paste into the 3D model sketch, the pasted location was so far off-screen in the 3D model sketch because the datasheet contained the lines about 6 inches up from the page origin, while my view in the 3D model's sketch was zoomed in to region only about 1/2 inch wide.
I see in the drawing tool that there is a "copy with base point" option for copy -- but I can't seem to use that. The online help does not describe it. How is this invoked? Or is it not what I think it is?
