cpu go to 50

Why does my cpu go up to 50 almost immediatly!

This is a new computer and should be very well capable of running alibre.
Because of this problem alibre is very slow and every day I worked with alibre it chrashes many times a day.

VERY ANNOYING :evil:

What is causing this and how do I solve it?

Check that your drivers are up to date and that you are running the latest Direct X 9.0c

My CPU usage only goes that high when there is a problem or a do very intense work. When starting Alibre you should only get between 1-15% during load and then float down after loading to almost nothing. Only when opening a file or doing generation of part should it spike really high like that but then drop back down during idle use.

This is what I get on a 3.2 ghz system.

I get much higher when using Algor.

BTW: I had sme trouble a while back and I went through every thing including Alibre. Updated all windows and hardware drivers then unistalled Alibre and installed all from the web sight support download page. Worked much better.
