Crash every 5 min. when tracing images (SOLVED)

Hi

Alibre crashes every 3-5 minutes when I try to trace a drawing.
Can anyone give me a hint as to what the problem is based on the error message in the image?

P.S. I have sent at ticket to support.

Not exactly, but the fact you haven't got any text drawn on the dimensions and there are no constraint icons being shown suggests Alibre is having problems with allocating drawing resources. Definitely one for the dev team to ponder over!

UPDATE

After I followed the support advice on resetting my profile, everything worked as it should again.
In fact, ALibre seems more responsive and fast than it has done in a long time.

Alibre really need to fix this long-standing vulnerability with the User Profile. If they don't fix the cause (which is what really needs addressing), they need a method to validate the profile is robust and not corrupt before the application actually uses it (i.e. a CRC check, etc)! and if found corrupted, fall back to a good known backup.
