cutom properties NOT in BOM-templates ?

and again ... custom properties from vault:

is there a way to get custom properties into a BOM-template ?

my custom properties work in DRW templates and
they also could be added in BOMs, they are highlighted in yellow and ready for use.
- But NOT in BOM-templates ?

have I overlooked something ?

The issue has been escalated to development. In the meantime here is a workaround. Assuming you have the property definitions added to an assembly in M-Files. Create a new assembly in Alibre. Do not insert any parts etc, but insert a new plane. Save the new empty assembly. You will then create a drawing of the blank assembly. Insert a new BOM into the drawing and save the drawing. Now, from the Alibre home window go to file -> new -> bill of materials. In the Bill of Materials window select custom template and browse to the BOM you saved of the blank drawing. In the design workspace browse to and select the empty assembly that was created. You should now have an empty BOM and be able to insert any of the property definitions you added to the assembly in M-Files
