Cutting a flange with two separate sketches

Using cut feature, is it possible?, was this suposed to be a "new" feature for sheetmetal? if it is is not working for me now, I have a sheetmetal part with only one flange and i'm trying to cut on the sides to "shape" the part but is not working i thought this was possible in V12.
