default text size for drawings

How do I change the default text size for ALL future drawings, not just the one I'm currently working on?

Edit your drawing template to deal with those properties inherited form template (e.g. Dimension styles). For other properties, check the box bottom left of File Properties to make the settings default after you have set them.

Dimension Styles and Layer properties are inherited from template.
