Design Elements help

Hi all,

I have Design Elements on my old backup laptop but now it won't load after "upgrading" to Win 10. Who should I contact to get my licensing info to activate the program? With Alibre coming back I'm unsure if I should wait for them, or get it from Geomagic.

Currently, contact either whoever you bought it from, or Flexera support.

Upgrading to Win10 will appear to be a different computer - if you didn't de-activate prior to the upgrade, then your reseller or Flexera will have to release the licence.
