Did Chat support go down today?

I was trying to get an answer to a question I had via chat support today when it seemed like the support guy just bailed on me after I asked.
Has anyone else had this problem.

I have said it before and I am going to say it again. I wished support was like it used to be.
I understand the company is growing, but in my opinion Alibre's strongest trait back then was it's support.
Now it just seems to be like every other big name company, "email support and someone will get back to you with in 72 hours".

I waited for an hour for a response and never got anything. Usually if there is a connection problem it will say there is.

Just venting my frustration. :?

Our internet was down, so even with the old support tools he would have disappeared on you. It was frustrating for us too. :)
