dimension displays in wrong direction

have anyone else seen something like that ?
for whatever reason one of the dimensions is heading in the wrong direction.
any suggestions ?

It is clearly because the dimension is to an oblique line. If the text placement (in the dimension style) is set to Horizontal, at least it will read correctly in the horizontal direction.

of course it will be horizontal if I set it to be horizontal,
but it's set to be above the dimensionline (as the others) and not beneath ! - this is not as it should be
