Disconnected wire loft problem

While trying to loft the attached file, I got the error message shown in the screen shot. Prior to lofting I analyzed the 2 sketches and both showed no problems.
What is how do I find exactly what is wrong and how do I fix it?

pc-6>>I think those two rectangles in the center were too much for a single loft.

Not sure why it does this but I have had this issue with lofting as well. I removed the rectangular hole in both sketches and it lofted just fine, so you will have to add those as a separate feature.
