double-clicking custom reference geometries (bug or feature)

Bug or features ( that is the question)
double clicking on reference geometries in design explorer hides the entries (of same type) below from design explorer and the view.
hitting F5 brings them back again.
Works with axis, planes and points as well ...

I can't think of a purpose for this so I vote Bug.
It only occurs if you have more then one custom reference.
The reference you click remains but all after are gone.

I don't think it actually hides the subsequent entries so much as it rolls back the design explorer to the point of geometry creation. The only thing it doesn't do is open the edit dialog as it does if you click on the same ref geometry in the workspace.

I see the same "roll back" result when I double click on a part feature in the design explorer.
