When I make a drawing from a model how do I save my options preferences? In the past I changed it but I cannot find where I did it now. I want to show things like hidden lines and center lines and not show dimensions etc. Now when I create the new drawing I have to go to the options and change them.

2D drawing preferences are inherited from the template used.
So if you want to save a set of drawing preferences, you should create your own drawing template. You can of course start from one of the provided templates, then Save As and change the settings.
