Drawing properties

One of the things I need to be able to set is for the radial dimensions to read horizontal and the linear dimensions to read parallel inside the dimension line. The way it is now, when you set one, they all read that way and I have to go in and change each individually. There also should be a way to change the length of the horizontal line on a leader note. You can change it on a dimensioned diameter, radius etc. but not on a note. It would also be good if there was an icon that you could use to change layers rather than having to go through the file_properties_layers. That would save time.
I wish that you could change the defaults on the standard drawing templates. As they are now, the center line is a solid line and not a center line as it should be. I know that on my templates I can change them and the changes will stay with the template. The way that I have to do that is to save the drawing sheet as a blank part drawing.
