drawing revision

what is the best way to add a drawing revision to the revision block? I can not find any method shown in the manual.

Hi,

There was a recent discussion here regarding how to add tables to a drawing.

NOTE: There was a little argument caused by me overlooking part of the initial post. Don't mind that. There is useful information regarding your subject. :wink:

A summary would be:

- Use a customized BOM.
- Use a jpg screenshot of a Word or Excel table.

one other possibility that one of our designers is using: a custom symbol that contains the lines and text fields for adding another line to the revision block

the big drawback to this method is that there is no "snap" feature to help align the symbol, so you have to just place it as best you can by eye
