Duel Dimensions

In the Drawing Module how can you turn 'DUEL DIMENSIONS' OFF ??

Within 'File properties' > Álternate Units and Text' you can chose 'Duel Dimensions Placement' Right/Above/Below BUT there is no option to turn this feature completely OFF. Is this Possible??
