I get the same error when updating the model in Geomagic and then transferring the model to Dynamics.

This is set by default to "Off".

Select the objects that you want to enable it for, either in the graphics area or the Object Browser and then Object | Collide

Check "Contact" in the Properties Browser to enable Contact settings tab in Properties for each object.

The latest build of Dynamics (1237), now available from Downloads, has fixed this issue.
