Those of you who have upgraded to Alibre Expert will have received the desktop version of EngineersToolbox (ETBX). I can thoroughly recommend this program and it goes half-way to justifying the cost of upgrading from Professional to Expert.

For those on basic or professional licences, you may be interested to know that there is an on-line java version of this program available from....

Although some of the desktop modules are not included in the on-line version, and it will no longer be updated in line with the desktop version, registration is FREE, which is hard to beat.

For those of you on an expert licence who like ETBX, it might be worth registering for the on-line version anyway. The desktop ETBX licence is for one machine only, which is a bit of a pain. With the on-line version, you can access the program from any machine with an internet connection.

I do not represent this company in any way, but have been using the on-line version for many years. When the desktop version was offered as an inducement to upgrade to Expert, I jumped at the chance.
