Export To STL Bomb

Good Morning I woke up to a problem with the Export file function. As you can see in the attached screen capture video when I click on the OK button nothing happens. In the lower left-hand corner, it says it saving the file, but nothing is happening. Along with the task manager, Alibre is doing something and using about 12% of the CPU time!!

So what's going on?

Now the recovery is also hanging up!

I found on occasion that complex parts or assemblies would hang or produce corrupt stl files if the stl parameters were set too "tight". Do not know why but the thing to test is the 2 degree default. Increase that to 5 degrees and retry. That may help or not.
