This is an example of the extrusion project parts, with mitred joints etc.

I'll try to explain what i did if you wish...
You could do it with a spreadsheet but for just a couple pieces its not worth.

Turn the "Ebene <1>" to change the angle.

And have a look at the constraints of the parts , working in accordance to each other. That should work with your extrusions to - as long the angles of the outlines (mostly imported one's) are exactly how the should be because otherwise the constraints couldn't work.
