Fillet at base of Hexagonal Shape

I have noticed this before on some odd shapes, but this simple Hex will not permit me to place my fillet the entire way around the base of this Hex shape. Does anyone know why?

I have to create an addition fillet feature to select the 6th edge of the part.

Yes, it's been discussed may times before. The problem is that the preview engine has removed the references required for the 6th edge fillet, when it generated the geometry for the first 5! If you de-select preview, you'll find it works
