First attempt at assembly

I don't understand why these two parts don't orient properly when the 2 dovetails are constrained as coincident? Any help would be appreciated.

First thing you need to do is upload the assembly as a PACKAGE file. With the assembly Open, go to menu or Ribbon Tab File>Package>Create. Save the package and upload that. Creating the package file will pull everything in the assembly into one file otherwise the assembly will have missing parts when someone downloads and opens it.
