Generating a JPEG file

I tried to generate a jpeg from an assembly drawing. Very nice, all black file. I was able to "print" a PDF file, and that looks good, although I would like to know how to turn off the axis lines.

Thoughts, help?

Go to File...Export and choose JPG under Files of Type.

Open up your assembly, from the menu across the top click on View -> References and clear all of the check marks (or you can use the ctrl-shift-p hotkey combination). That will leave you with a clean image of your assembly.

I also have been getting all black JPGs every once in a while.

I haven't reported it and I haven't found a pattern. The same assembly may yield nice JPGs one time and black ones afterwards :?

Ctrl + Shift + P = Turn off planes and axes
Crtl + Shift + K = Turn off Sketches
