Grayed out functions

I was working on a part Friday, and when I opened it this morning, all of my functional buttons are greyed out. I can't edit anything. Anyone know what might be the issue?

Looks like it may have opened opened in 'Viewer' mode - try re-entering your activation code. Do other files or new parts behave OK ?

Another possibility is perhaps the file didn't close properly so is still 'locked' - check for 'read only' marker in file properties, clear it.

Somehow Windows locked the file, this happens with my dwg files all the time. Unfortunately, the only way I know of to fix it, is to shut down my PC & reboot. It's a bit of a pain.
