Help needed with failing sweep, Meccano No.32

Having got this working once, I amended the tooth profile and now the run out sweep keeps failing despite several efforts at different sketches. Any help would be appreciated.

edge 8 is the trouble maker (tooth Profile)
edit: mmm, put the main body @ bottom
