Hole tool?

I have a simple part, trying to add 2 counterbored holes using the "Hole tool". The tool asks for diameters, yet the result is twice what it should be? It treats the dimensions as radii instead?

It looks fine when I open it - the diameters agree with the figures in Hole Tool.

Gotta give myself a head slap on that one. The hole diameters were right. The outside radii were .25 instead of .5
